I saw a bit of his interview on the news this morning. Was he saying that ONLY ethnic minority at risk children should receive extra help to stop them falling into a life of crime? Seems unfair.

Do you not understand that sociologists create artificial definitions of the word racism so that the only people who can be racists are white people. This is then fed to students as fact. So non white people can not be racist.
Of course such a definition is more detrimental to black people as it is patronising, and also plays into the victim mentality which gives people an opportunity to blame the white community for their problems which in turn gives an excuse for not trying

i really dont get where theyre coming from. it says theres 'racial bias' in the system and to show this it says that proportionately to population there are more ethnic people in prison than there are white people. That doesnt necessarily indicate bias, though. He also point out that 15% of the prison population is muslim compared to 5% of the population and says that "This is a worrying trend and risks becoming a
source of social division" as if the reason theyre in prison is somehow not important.

The countries that black people in the UK historically originate from tend to have far higher rates of crime and poverty than the UK. British-born black people are fucking fortunate that their parents and grandparents came over here, and this is further backed up by the fact that immigration from the Caribbean and Africa is almost entirely one-way (except a few retirees and nonces).
Basically, everyone in the UK whether black, white or whatever has a better chance of success, wealth and happiness over here than they do almost anywhere else in the world. If they choose to fuck this up and get involved in gangs then it's their own fucking problem and if they blame "the system" then IMO they're free to fuck off to Somalia or Haiti and try a new start there.
For some reason though they never do this, they just whinge and vote Labour and let their kids carry on stabbing each other over what post-code their subsidised housing is in.

there is only one stat in there where you could possibly identify racial bias, figure 4, which shows jury's conviction rates for a number of crimes between white and non-white. If there were 'racial bias' naturally you'd expect lower conviction rates for white defendants. of the ten categories, 5 have slightly higher conviction rates for whites, and 5 have slightly higher conviction rates for non whites. Conclusion: no racial bias.

Its also intentionally full of inaccuracies. for example it says blacks are 270% more likely to go to prison for s drugs offence, but it does not differentiate between recreational drugs use or supply.
